Lurve you, Mum!

Happy Mothers' Day... As my kid brother is attending a wedding dinner at night, so my brother & I suggested that we go for lunch instead... Brother drove us to Sing's Kitchen off Lavender Street... This is my second visit there... Is my baby who found this 'Gem' and brought me there for dinner... Indeed a humble eatery place that serve nice food at an affordable price... So I decided to bring my parents & brother for a try... therefore I suggested this place for the celebration of Mothers' Day...

We ordered Vegetables with Preserved Eggs (Pi Dan & Xian Dan), Almond Coffee Pork Ribs, Steamed Cod Fish in Hong-Kong Style and Bittergourd with Seafood Soup... Glad that my parents enjoyed the food there... We had a delightful lunch... Love my family especially my mum to the bits...

Total damage was SGD60.50.... Pretty decent price for 4 person dine... Will come back again cos they REALLY serve good food.... Oishi ne!

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. Oh well, seems like a rip off to me!       The film focuses on Dusty Crophopper (voiced by Dane Cook), an ambitious crop-dusting plane that predictably spends his days flying over tall grass spraying fertilizer. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
