神木与瞳 @ Shanghai Dolly

Baby picked us up from the Chunkfest 2010... Headed straight to Shanghai Dolly @ Clarke Quay to attend 神木与瞳 Music Showcase... Tickets was courtesy from Universal Music Singapore...

The queue was madness... Waited for almost 45mins to an hour before admitted the club. OMG! Y2J's fans were really 'hard core'... They really love this rock band to bitz... The atmosphere was great! The showcase started @ 5.30pm instead of 5pm as stated on the admission tickets... Everybody in the house waited patiently for them to perform on stage. REALLY worth waiting!!!

Finally... They were up on stage... They sang about 6 songs from their latest album - '守护者'. These were the songs they sang during the showcase in random order - 崩裂前声嘶力竭, 信徒, 宽恕, 守护者, 耶路撒冷...

Another 2 songs - 草戒指 & 为你而活 from their previous album - '为你而活'

Male vocal - Yuming sang solo - '只想为你哭'

Female vocal - Meizhen. Her voice is soooo power and she looked abit like Angela Zhang... Do you agree??

We had a great time there... Listen and experience 'LIVE' music is such a wonderful feeling... They sang REALLY good... Thanks once again for the complimentary tickets... *HUGS* *MUAKS*

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. Oh well, seems like a rip off to me!       The film focuses on Dusty Crophopper (voiced by Dane Cook), an ambitious crop-dusting plane that predictably spends his days flying over tall grass spraying fertilizer. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
