Attended the Mary Kay Holiday Beauty Fair 2010... There was a make-up demo by Joanna Koh and get a up close and personal with the beauty consultants to try out the whole range of beauty products from Mary Kay. Thanks for the invitation!

There were some refreshments during the event... The cupcakes with icy toppings of inital letter of M & K. Pretty interesting :p

Ms Joanna, the make-up artist did the demo for me and I found myself falling in love with this Brow Gel :) This multi-tasking clear brow gel conditions the brows with a matte finish that keeps groomed brows in place.

If you are a lover of cream foundation that feels like powder after application, then this is a gem :)

I tried the Creme-To-Powder Foundation #IVORY 2 on my hand...

Glides on skin to hide minor imperfections and it dries instantly to a powdery matte finish after application... I added the mineral powder on it in order to give a smooth & silky finish.

Refine : Performs the exfoliating process... Removes dead skin cells and improves blood circulaion to the skin giving an instant glow to the face.

Replenish : To prevent skin irritation, soreness and redness from mircodermabrasion procedure and at the time, it moisturising the skin and providing nourishing nutrients.

How to use

Wash your face to clear off dirt, while face still wet... Apply the mircodermabrasion cream to face. Massage each part of face in circular motions for 1-2 mins. Rinse off with lukewarm water and dry the face, lastly apply replenishing serum to face.

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. Oh well, seems like a rip off to me!       The film focuses on Dusty Crophopper (voiced by Dane Cook), an ambitious crop-dusting plane that predictably spends his days flying over tall grass spraying fertilizer. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
