Dinner @ Ichiban Boshi ; My cutesy gift


We went for our dinner before the '881 The Musical' @ The Esplanade, and we settled for Ichiban Boshi which is located at lvl 2 of Esplanade Mall... It is a very popular eatery because the prices are reasonable, portions are generous and the ambience is quite chic! Service staff are also generally competent and efficient.

We ordered 2 sides to go with our main course...
I love the Potato Croquette! This is a MUST ORDER item for me everytime I visit Ichiban Boshi... Crispy at the outside and savoury at the inside...

Baby's main course - Tori Curry Cheese Wazen... As per him, the food was decent, nothing much to crow or complain about.
I had Tempura Curry... Tastes astonishingly good! The warm rice drenched in a savory Japanese curry. The only downside was that the tempura turned soggy due to the curry, will be good if they can separate the curry...
The damage was SGD45 and both of us were very satisfied with the meal as a whole. The ambience was very cosy and perfectly placed for light conversation. I love the prompt and efficient service! Our food was served quite promptly… Our ‘ocha’ was refilled every now and then.

Ichiban Boshi is a place you are able to enjoy good quality food and cosy ambience at a affordable price.

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
