ELLE Beauty Tea Party

Attended the ELLE Beauty Tea Party (BTP), this party featured the latest summer collection of Shiseido... Linda & I made our way to Tangs...
 
We mingled around the couch while waiting for the event to start... YAY! Cm-whoring time :)




During the event, there were some beauty tips from the Shiseido expert and Beauty Editor of ELLE.... Linda & I joined the mini contest – Using Shiseido's latest Summer collection to doll up for each other to create a 'SUMMER LOOK'.

The eye shadow Palette is AWESOME, Greenery shade of colours was amazing and with the soft touch of yellow or orange it makes a perfect summer look... We kept our lip area bare, by using only nude colours. Our motto : Less is more!

We did not win, but we had fun trying the new collections...  We got ourselves a consolation prize courtesy from Shiseido...

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
