A big success - World Runway Premiere in Singapore

WORLD RUNWAY has successfully taken its first curtain call amidst cheers from a 4,500-strong audience at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. UK Team emerged the champion in the first-ever global fashion face-off and the won SGD100,000.

WORLD RUNWAY shared its love by donating half of the prize money (SGD50,000) under its own FASHIONQUAKE AID to natural disaster relief activities around the world.

UK emerged victorious after two rounds in the first-ever global fashion faceoff on the WORLD RUNWAY stage.

Why was UK chosen as the winning team? As per one of the judges - Jake f.R., Director of World Runway said… UK’s winning edge was their ability to wow the audience. Most importantly the winning team had overcome the budget constraints and came up with something extraordinary.

UK team was interviewed after the competition... As per them it was an incredible opportunity to be able to showcase UK’s style with Singapore’s fashion. They were thrilled to have won but this would not have been possible without the great support from the team and they were very surprised that despite this being a competition, everyone was so willing to help each other. This is truly a humbling and lovely experience.
