Nando's Chickenland Getaway @ Tampines Mall

Nando's the South African Restaurant which is popular among Singaporeans has opened two more new outlets for the stomachs of more Singaporeans... The two outlets are Tampines Mall & I12 Katong...


I was very delighted to be invited to the Nando's Chickenland Getaway at one of the new outlet's - Nando's Tampines Mall...
 

The interior of the outlet is nicely done up in the homely style and Nando's service staffs provide their customers an enjoyable dining experience... Ever since, it opened its door last month, Tampines Mall outlet had already drawn a hugh buzz and queues started to form every now and then...




Peri-Peri Sauces were placed on every table for your convenience... Dip the sauces with the succulent Nando's flamed grilled chicken makes the difference in taste!

Before the food was served, we were given some designer refreshing drinks...


Among all, I enjoyed the Pomegranate Drink the most...


Love the sugar surrounding the tip of the glass...

Wild Mushroom Soup with bread  - Yummy Mushroom & Chicken bits. Both Sweetie & I enjoyed it very much...


 Chicken Livers & Portuguese Roll - A classic indeed! A delicacy loved by most of us during the food tasting... Dip the Portuguese Bread Roll with the rich peri-peri gravy that is sure to perk your appetizer!




Peri-fect Platters - This is a great platter to start with... 


We were given the Mild version, one the many forms of the unique Peri-Peri sauce... Personally feel that Mild is just right for me, no doubt I love spicy food, but the Peri -Peri sauce is REALLY to hot and spicy to handle...



Nando's flamed-grilled Chicken meat is tender and juicy, every chicken meat is grilled to perfection and with the unique Peri-Peri sauce, it tasted unique and delicious...


Peri Wedges & Creamy Perinaise - The signature Peri-Peri wedges with rich and spicy creamy dressing - Perinaise... The dip was quite unique and addictive.


Healthy grilled Corn on the cobs as one of the sidelines...


Cataplana - A chicken and rice dish served in a traditional copper cookware... I love the yummy Chicken strips and flavourful rice...



As the food tasting continued, we tucked in to more spicy Peri- Peri sauce chicken meat...







Yongwei challenged his limits for the EXTRA HOT Peri Peri sauce chicken meat... Guessed what, he drank at least 2 ice water to calm his taste bud down... Hahahaha!!!


Spotted the mascot - Barci, the Barcelos Cockerel, Say hi!!!


Everyone is yearning to try out the desserts... Nando's has an enticing selection of desserts, we indulged ourselves with the yummy cakes and brownies..

[Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
