Dinner @ TripleOne Somerset

Imperial Treasure Group enters TripleOne Somerset (formerly the PUB Building) with Imperial Treasure Bakery, Imperial Treasure Steamboat Restaurant as well as Imperial Treasure Windows of Hong Kong...


We were craving for the 'fast food' of Hong Kong cuisine, so we decided to pop by the Imperial Treasure's Windows of Hong Kong for dinner on a random weekday... This eatery place was barely crowded when we had our dinner, mainly because TripleOne Somerset is a office building and perhaps explains the absence of a dinner crowd...

I had BBQ Pork Rice... The meat tasted terrific and juicy, truly authentic!!

 

Baby ordered a combo which with a bowl of Boat-style Congee, a plate of Fried Meehoon and a cup of Chinese Tea...

Boat-style Congee tasted great, the texture of the congee is pretty smooth and the Fried Meehoon was not too bad too...


All I can say, the quality of the food was good and does keep with up Imperial Treasure's high standards, I love the quiet ambience with the simple and neat table setting too... 


Baby got me a Pen Holder for my office usage... It is my favourite character - Tofu-Oyako...

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. Oh well, seems like a rip off to me!       The film focuses on Dusty Crophopper (voiced by Dane Cook), an ambitious crop-dusting plane that predictably spends his days flying over tall grass spraying fertilizer. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
