Thanks Sweetie for extending her invite again to me to watch the preview screening of 'Dr. Seuss' The Lorax'...

--- Posters of Dr. Seuss' The Lorax ---

From the creators of 'Despicable Me' and the imagination of Dr. Seuss brings us the latest collaboration - Dr.Seuss' The Lorax in 3D...

The animated adventure follows the journey of a 12-year-old boy, Ted (voiced by Zac Afron) as he searches for the ONE thing that will enable him to win the affection of the girl of his dreams... He soon discovers the story of the Lorax, the grumpy orangey creature who speaks for the trees and protects the world we are living in...

In the movie, Once-Ler (voiced by Ed Helms) is just a normal human who made a bad decision who repents by the end of the show when he gives Ted the last seed. At first, Ted's motivation might be selfish but he soon realized that he wanted the seed not just for his dream girl but because the world needs trees...

Kids will enjoy the wonderfully vivid animation and the cutesy characters, especially the bear cub and singing fishes residing in the tree-laden forest.

3.5/5

The movie takes us through vivid colors, adventures and the cutesy moments which are all credited to Dr. Seuss' illustrations

A light-hearted family comedy with a simply plot and fairly thin storyline as it is based on the short Dr. Seuss children's story, therefore it seems like not long enough to stretch out to a meaty content lengthy film, but importantly, this movie deserves a praise for its original concept and moral. Excellent 3D animation and pleasant CGI effects. This movie contains great educational value as it shows the greedy nature of humanity... The ending of the movie is heart-warming, definitely is a MUST SEE for children and adults.
