Dinner fix with friends @ Ruyi, RWS

Friends gathering again on a random weekend... Terence, Sweetie, Linda and I went to Ruyi @ Festive Walk, Resorts World Sentosa for a late dinner...

Ruyi is the first Chinese fast food restaurant in Singapore... This eatery place comes pretty handy for diners who search for convenience, good quality and for wholesome Chinese meals at an affordable prices... They serve up to 30 food items which range from rice, noodles, to dim sum delights and even desserts.


Linda & I were cam-whoring while the other two were busy doing their orders at the counter.


My meal - Stewed Minced Pork Rice with Soy Egg (Lu Rou Fan)


It tasted pretty good!! I savoured every bit of it (:

As Linda & Sweetie had their dinner before meeting us... They had some lite bites there too.

Turnip Cake and Pan-fried Pork & Cabbage Gyoza (Guo Tie)

We had an enjoyable makan gathering together... Looking forward for more in the near future (:

This year, I gave out a lot of chocolates for my friends and my loved ones, but at the same time, I received quite a handful of chocolate bars and eggy chocolates too...  


Looking forward for more chocolates exchange next year (:

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. Oh well, seems like a rip off to me!       The film focuses on Dusty Crophopper (voiced by Dane Cook), an ambitious crop-dusting plane that predictably spends his days flying over tall grass spraying fertilizer. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
