UE BOOM is the first-ever social music player, an ultra-mobile wireless speaker that packs the standard set of features but includes a new experience level for enjoying music. UE BOOM offers 360-degree sound and it comes with a rechargeable battery life of 15 hours. It bears a versatile shape design which is wrapped in colorful acoustic skin that is resistant against both water and stains, and this makes it convenient to bring it with us anywhere and anytime.

 

After nearly 20 years of working, Ultimate Ears (UE) sets out to change the way people are listening to music, as it provides a social experience of listening music and brings people together around the music they love by connecting two UE BOOMs together through a free UE BOOM App (available for both IOS and Android).

 

Micro USB rechargeable battery can be found on the UE BOOM and it weighs only 538g.

 

I was invited to the UE BOOM Dinner Party at Commune Café & Bistro No. 50 which is located at Millenia Walk.

 

 

I love the unique feature of the 360-degree speaker design which blasts awesome sound system in every direction and is available in 4 colors (Blue, White, Black and Red)

 

The UE BOOM has a Bluetooth status indicator light. It blinks white when pairing up to a device and turns solid white when connected.

 

There is a battery indicator light on the power button and when the light glows red, this indicates that the device is running low on power. In addition, press and hold the volume button down at the same time, and the UE BOOM will tell you what the current battery level is.

 

I am simply amazed by UE BOOM for its docking free idea as it connects my iphone device through Bluetooth function which allows wireless range of play up to 50 feet and control the music selections up to 50 feet away too from the UE BOOM and using my iphone.

 

 

We were all ears when the presentation on features and function of the UE BOOM was conducted. 

 

 

We were amazed by the anti-shock resistant function when it was being throw and dropped on the floor at a decent height above the ground, as well as when water was spilled on the speaker and nothing seems to disturb the speaker to provide top-notch sound system. The UE BOOM has a tough threshold against all these harsh treatments. *TRULY DURABLE*

 

I had a great time exploring UE BOOM and mingled with fellow blogger mates…

 

We were thankful that I had this opportunity to see, touch and feel the UE BOOM all thanks to this lovely invite by Logitech.

 

Through this event, I do feel that UE BOOM has already changed our olden ways of listening and enjoying music. Oh well, technologies do replace the old music devices in a good way, and I like it (:
