NERF Community Challenge at Bishan Community Club

I made my way to the launch of the 'NEW' Bishan Community Club (CC), and to witness the non-stop, adrenaline-pumping action, NERF Community Challenge.

 

Upon entering the Community Club, I was greeted by the new tenant of Bishan Community Club, Starbucks as it is located right in front of the entrance. 

 

 

NERF Community Challenge was organised by Bishan Community Club (CC) in conjunction with the launch of the new Bishan Community Club. 

 

  

Each intense match lasted a total of ten minutes and the team that amassed the most number of points by planting their team's flag at the opponent's home base advanced to the next round. The blasters used during the tournament were Nerf Elite Strongarm, Nerf Elite Rough Cut 2x4 and Nerf firestrike. All blasters and Dart Tag darts were provided by the event organiser.

  

Participants formed teams of three in two exciting categories - the Family Tournament, for participants between the ages of 8 to 55; and the Youth Tournament, for participants aged 15 to 35.

The Winning team from each category walked away with a NERF RapidStrike set, and the other participating teams won vouchers from Starbucks, one of Bishan CC's newest tenants.

NERF is fast becoming a community and social activity, and it is not only a healthy activity, but an activity for families and friends to have fun, quality and bonding time together.
