RTL CBS Extreme HD: First in Asia on Singtel mio TV

RTL CBS Extreme HD is the second channel of RTL CBS Asia Entertainment Network. A general entertainment channel for the boys, it offers a balanced mix of action series, extreme sports, world-famous illusionists and action reality programs.

 A carriage deal between SingTel mio TV and RTL CBS Asia Entertainment Network, they launched the RTL CBS Extreme HD (SingTel mio TV Channel 335) to Singapore on March 27, 2014.  Singapore is the first market in Asia to broadcast the channel.

RTL CBS Extreme HD is a great addition to the entertainment channels with action-packed programmes. RTL CBS Extreme’s unique channel positioning and compelling mix of action series, extreme sports, action reality programs and masters of illusion is a very strong programming proposition for our target audience.

RTL CBS Extreme HD will feature first and exclusive titles such as Dynamo:  Magician Impossible, Red Bull Art of Motion, Red Bull Cliptomaniacs, and Red Bull Air Races. The Channel will also bring first and exclusively, the new series Criss Angel BeLIEve beginning in June and will be home to master illusionists Troy and the International Magician of the Year 2013, Cosentino, along with Fear Factor and earlier seasons of favorite action series from CBS such as NCIS:  Los Angeles and Hawaii Five-O.

The launch party was held at Wheeler’s Yard which is located at Lorong Ampas, and upon entering the premises, I was ‘rudely’ greeted by a mock-up crime scene, and it looked pretty real, and I got goose bumps seeing it for more than a minute.

 As the whole event was created like a crime scene, there were people impersonating policemen/policewomen to talk to you about the crime scene and verify your statement.

My photo ID was taken on the spot as an ALL ACCESS pass to enter the launch party.

 

There were 4 fear factor stations to confront our fear levels, and I completed all of them!!
