Preview screening of Paris Holiday

Paris is a place where broken hearts are mended and new love is found. I miss Paris as my true love with Baby grew stronger there too!

Recently, I was invited by Clover Films to the preview screening of 'Paris Holiday' which is starring Louis Koo, Amber Kuo, Alex Fong and Jeremy Jones Tsui. 'Paris Holiday' is a light comedy-romantic movie which brings back many fond memories of those who have been to Paris. The premiere date is on the 13th August 2015.

The movie is set in the romantic city of Paris, France, and was filmed at famous world-renowned landmarks in Paris such as the Eiffel Tower, Lourve Museum and the Arc de Triomphe. The story is about a pair of mis-matched room-mates who fall in love after experiencing a series of misunderstandings.

Chun-Kit (starring Louis Koo) leaves Hong Kong after his girlfriend rejects his marriage proposal and he wishes to start a new life in Paris. Through a real-estate agent, Chung (played by Alex Fong), he got him a decent apartment with a weird tenant, Xiao-Min (starring Amber Kuo) an artist who also underwent a love failure. Xiao-Min hates men after her devastating break up, so in order to share the same roof, Chung lied to her that Chun-Kit is a gay.

Living under the same roof for the first few days, Chun-Kit has a hard time accommodating her weird and unhygienic behavior, and decided to move out of the rented unit, but after discovering her heart breaking story on her past, he decided to stay by her side and help her to pull through the love failure stage.

One fine day, Xiao-min bumps into her ex, Fai (played by Jeremy Jones Tsui), and she is shocked as she has no longer felt the pain anymore. She then realizes that she has really left the past behind her. When Chun-Kit and Xiao-Min are moving a step forward, Chun-Kit's ex girlfriend comes to Paris to look for him, resulting in a lot of misunderstandings between our protagnists.

Apart from helping her to get over her past love, Chun-Kit also helps her to gain back her inspiration for drawing. The duo become closer each day and develops a special ‘sisterhood’ relationship, but how long can they remain platonic?
